• Guava+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple, Google, or other secure third-party providers and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings.

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and use data according to our Privacy and Data Policy.

• You can request instant anonymization of your data at any time and full deletion within one year of your request.
• We do not sell your personal information.

5. Product Information and Accuracy

• Guava provides nutrition, ingredient, and price insights for informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee that all product information is complete, accurate, or up to date, as it may come from third-party sources.
• Guava is not a medical, financial, or legal service. For health-related concerns, consult a qualified professional.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and software in Guava are the property of Journey AI and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not use Guava's name, logo, or materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Guava is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App, including reliance on product information.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guava and Journey AI disclaim all liability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as Guava evolves. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website, and continued use of Guava means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
